Overview
This policy applies to all purchases made on will.legalbuddy.in, operated by Legal Buddy India Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service.
Cancellation
- Before starting your Will: You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After starting your Will: Once you have begun entering information into the Will creation process, the subscription is considered partially consumed and a refund may not be available.
- Subscription plans: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors that prevent you from accessing purchased features, which cannot be resolved within 5 business days
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Cancellation within 24 hours of first purchase and before using any paid features
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed and downloaded Will documents
- Expert consultation fees once the session has commenced
- Any add-on services that have been fully delivered
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at care@legalbuddy.in with your order details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
